Price shouldn’t be your main determining factor. When you request some quotes if there is a huge difference in price between the 3 bids that you receive, try and determine what is causing the difference. Does one bid exclude something that the other quotes include? Maybe one of the bids includes electric or solar power, and the other two don’t. Try and make sure you are comparing apples to apples with our quotes.
